A front of house team member plays a vital role in multiple functions within our restaurant. This job is best fit for someone who can interact with a lot of guests each day, under pressure and in a fast paced environment. It requires you to be able to stay calm, serve guests efficiently while sharing your broad knowledge on all the food and beverage items on our menu.
Your responsibilities will include welcoming all guests that walk into our shop! You will be providing our guests with the highest level of customer service. You are the first person the guest see’s when they walk in and will ensure each guest is greeted when coming into our shop. You will be responsible for taking guests orders, preparing smoothies, juices, beverages and preparing simple meals. You’ll share your knowledge about the ingredients and benefits of all items on our menu, while helping guest decide what to order. This is a perfect fit for someone outgoing, friendly and looking for a company to grow with!
